Congratulations to June’s winners…

Karndean 40yrs facebook template crop A big thank you to everyone who nominated causes in our ‘40 Free Floors for 40 Good Causes’ appeal last month. Once again, we received some truly inspirational stories from the UK, USA and Australia and New Zealand.

This is the last month to get involved! All you need to do is submit a name and a reason why your nominated cause should be considered.

Remember, all nominations from previous months will be taken forward, so there’s still a chance your cause will be chosen by our judges.

Check out last month’s winners and their stories below…

From the UK, Hearthounds UK. Rebecca Robinson nominated Hearthounds UK, a charity which provides a helping hand to the homeless and their dogs, to receive a free floor to donate to a homeless person in the process of being re-housed.

Our USA winner, The Ronald McDonald House of Central Oregon, has been successfully nominated by Lynn Baker. The charity supports children and families in Central & Easter Oregon through its cornerstone program, the Bend Ronald McDonald House, providing a ‘home away from home’ for families of pediatric patients.

And finally, our Australian winner, Six Degrees ‘Cafe Gallery Garden’, nominated by Shannah Louise. A place where people of all abilities can connect, inspire and grow, Six Degrees will be able to transform their cafe space for all its users to enjoy.

Congratulations to all our winners! Don’t forget it’s your last chance to nominate in this month’s appeal by 31st July. Don’t miss out on your chance to help out a family, organisation or charity in need.
